Hope he feels better soon. My two have had a vomiting bug from Sunday night, so one day of vomiting, then just not quite themselves since. It's just worrying when usually you wouldn't be bothered about little things.

Thanks. Did they have a temp with it?

My 13 year old's temperature is 39 degrees. He was sick after school.
Normally, I would not be so concerned, but now we can't tell because vomiting appears in 5% of cases and a cough isn't always present.

But I'd say if his tummy hurts too and there is a bug, it seems to be a nasty Noro type.

What is his temperature?

My 8yo has probable CV (others at school have had it) and he’s only really had a cough and tiredness. It sounds like your LO might have a different (equally nasty) bug. Keep an eye on him but hopefully it will just be one of those horrible 24 hour things.

@Newjobnewstart one threw up once, other 4 times including in the midst of chaos at Waitrose! Temp was about 38 so not crazy high plus Calpol worked almost immediately.

I dont have a thermometer but he is hot to touch. Tried getting one sold out and none of my neighbors have one.
He just complains of feeling sick and sore tummy.
Worrying times.

Try not to worry, it does sound like a nasty bug. If you're like me then you won't have slept.

Just keep checking, water, Calpol and spare bedding. Hope he feels better soon Flowers

Nope wide awake!
Thanks my worry has eased a little.
