What do we do about DC seeing their Dad?

DCs Dad usually has them every other weekend. DD2 currently has a cough so we're all in self isolation. Their Dad has decided it's best not to have them this weekend as he lives with his Mum who had cancer last year. Once we're past the 14 days self isolation, will it be safe for him to see them? Obviously we don't know how long this period of social distancing will go on for, or what new advice will be introduced, but for the DC sake, I don't want them to have to stay away from their Dad for an extended period. Equally, I don't want to put anyone at an increased risk.

What is anyone else doing in a similar situation?
