Ontario, Vancouver, Newfoundland and Labrador and some places in the States are aranging early hours from 7am-8am as shopping exclusivley for the elderly and the vulnerable in both grocery shops and pharmacies. In Edmonton, they have been saving 50 percent of loo roll stock for the elderly also. It looks like there are ways to do this to help the elderly, so please consider it UK stores.

How do they police this?

Here in France you need to have some ID with verification of your age.

In Australia you need to show a pensioner or disability card to get into the store during protected times.

Tescos in London wasn't too busy at 6:30am today, BUT, they don't re-stock the meat and certain shelves till 8am!!!
