Still going into work and travelling at quieter times.
No support at top or amongst fellow colleagues taking this situation seriously! Just flippant, sarcastic (in an attempt to bring in humour) comments when broaching the subject, especially regards working from home. No-one has the balls to actually take leadership over this and make a decision for everyone. Just fannying on, no clarity, no conversations!
I could wfh but to do this efficiently there needs to be a meeting to discuss arrangements and a plan put in place but as I said, everyone burying head in sand. Meantime, both me and DH have some health risks - he can't wfh. Stressed out!
