So what unusual things have you ordered to keep you entertained for prolonged periods at home?

On a lighter note, this morning I have ordered to be delivered today:

• a paddling pool for the kids (in case this is long term) and a home cross trainer for me.

I had a bit of compensation for something that I hadn't spent so I thought this would be a good use of money! Also conscious that spending where possible is good for the economy.

So what have you ordered to keep you and yours entertained?

I nipped to the Works last week and just spent a fortune. Pavement chalks, paddling pool with lots of bubble solution, some road signs for on the floor in the garden (they can pretend they're cars!), colouring books, sets of books, hand puppet sets, giant goggly eyes. Ive not thrown any of my recycling for the last week and they can make junk monsters.
