I'd say fairly mild asthmatic, only recently had confirmation from docs that it is mostly allergy/virus induced asthma, I don't have random triggers.
But have had a horrible few asthma attacks when I've been ill many times over the autumn/winter and had a chest infection a couple of months ago.
I have been on a brown inhaler for the last few months and have noticed I'm not constantly coughing anymore and much improved fitness when running etc.
But so I need to self isolate for 12 weeks now? Does my dc still go to nursery? I'm so bloody confused!!! I've never needed strong oral steroids or hospital treatment due to asthma. So don't know where I fall.
The doc did mention that I must get a flu jab next year now.
