Just don't. Please. Unless somebody has died or been seriously harmed.

We still have to respond to all complaints within a timescale. I stayed at work till a stupid time to get the complaint back last week - didn't mind that because a grieving family needs that closure.
However a big proportion of complaints at any one time are about how people feel about treatment or are about trivial issues that caused no harm. We don't have time for that right now.
We know the strengths or our weaknesses better than you. Please don't take time pointing them out right now.

I’m waiting until this is over and then I want to thank my GP and the receptionists. I’m sure for now they only want to deal with truly urgent issues.
I found a lump. I was seen despite there being phone appointments only.
All clear.
Despite the stress and chaos they couldn’t have been lovelier.
Very grateful.

I can completely understand that OP I genuinely dont understand peoples behaviour currently, frankly I am grateful for any NHS staff at all , I think they are doing an amazing job. I cant remember where I saw it but I'm sure I saw someone complaining over the tone if a text sent out from the NHS. Its beyond ridiculous and people need to have a long hard look at themselves.

Exactly, thanks
