People on the vulnerable list who can't afford to live off SSP for 12 weeks - what are you doing?

Not me, but my sister who falls into the 'flu jab' list. £90 a week won't cover her household bills. She has some savings but only enough to cover about 2 months and she feels she should keep these in case she actually contracts the virus and physically can't go into work. She doesn't have children, so no child benefit, tax credits etc. £90 a week would be all that came in. It's not possible for her to WFH so she feels she has no choice but to keep going out to work. I'm desperately worried because she's been hospitalised before with her asthma. I've offered to lend her some money - I'm not exactly rolling in it but I get full sick pay if needed and my sister is worth more to me than my rainy day fund - but she won't take it. I wondered what others were doing in these circumstances.
