Day 7 of 7 of self-isolation - now 14 days?

Hi all,

I’m struggling to interpret the guidance. My 18 month old had a fever last Weds to Fri so from the guidance at the time we have been self isolating for 7 days.

The new guidance yesterday was that households where someone is sick now self isolate for 14 days.

Do we need to extend by 7 days? I can’t see anything in the guidance about timing of when the new guidance starts, we are all asymptomatic now.
