We offer baby groups/toddler stay and play etc. Which are led by nursery nurses like me.
Our company is refusing to cancel them and telling parents to continue coming.
I’m really worried about this for obvious reasons.
I’ve told management my concerns but they keep parroting “business as normal until the government say otherwise.” Surely it’s unnecessary social contact? I can only hope people are sensible and don’t come to groups. We feel so exposed as customer facing staff.
