Bmi question

I am pretty overweight. I’ve been losing weight since the new year and have now lost 2 stone since January but still have a long way to go and have a bmi over 40 so now see I’m in the “at risk” group if that’s what it’s even called Confused I was under the impression that it was generally elderly and people with serious health conditions that were at risk so it’s a bit of a shock to now hear oh no actually you are at risk for being overweight, I have no health issues and I’m 31. I am a lone parent to 4 children and now feel panicked. Am I suppose to be self isolating now?

By that list yes, but I think we’ll be seeing more clarification tomorrow. I’m in the very underweight bmi group and very surprised only 40 plus was mentioned. I wish you all the best.?
