Over 70 and working

Just wondering other people’s thoughts, what should a person do if they are over 70 and working in a job that you can’t do from home? Will they continued to be paid? Job kept opened for them? Also plenty of MPs over 70 in Commons (Jeremy Corbyn for one) and the House of Lords what should they do?

OP, you'll eventually be required to self isolate as would any of us in a universal lockdown or as would parents if schools were closed.
