Anyone else got ME / CFS and worried about getting ill / struggling to recover? I would say I am mild to moderate at the moment and really concerned about getting worse
Also would you class yourself as in the vulnerable 12 week bracket? The list mentions 'neurological conditions such as...' The list doesn't include ME but isn't exhaustive. I was offered a flu jab in 2018 but not in 2019.
I am currently wfh and socially distancing but not sure if I should be doing more/planning on doing this for 12 weeks?
