I live in a town that is over 10 miles from my Dm. She lives on her own and is in reasonable good health at 84.
She does her own shopping and has always had a few extra cans etc.
My 2 brothers who live near by are making sure that she is ok extra shopping paying bills etc.
I am in good health but don't want to go and see her if we are told not to visit.
It hasn't (to me) been made clear, can I visit or not.
