Child with asthma

I'm seriously considering removing my son from school. He has asthma and according to the bbc this is classed as an underlying condition therefore putting him more at risk. But the schools are still open! Just feel like we don't know enough about this virus to be 100% sure he is safe. I don't know what to do!!

I'm in the same situation! DS2 is 7 and has asthma, although it's really well controlled at the minute. I don't know what to do either!

Wish the government were clearer on their advice regarding children!

They kept emphasising adults in the statement. I have asthma and ds does too, 7.

I can't work out when this advice starts. And if I take my son out too. I'm a teacher.
