Will you still take your toddler to sessions like football, swimming etc? I'm torn because we have paid for those sessions but equally I don't want to catch anything

No. It's just not worth it.

Tibblestoe · 16/03/2020 22:12

Thought it was pretty clear - they're non essential social activities so no I wouldn't be going.

RhymingRabbit3 · 16/03/2020 22:14

No I wouldn't.

It will probably be out of your control - all the toddler groups, classes etc have been cancelled here

AlfieandAnnieRose · 16/03/2020 22:16

I think most will actually be cancelling after today’s announcement. And then probably offering the money you’ve paid to be used for the next sessions when they’re back up and running

babychange12 · 16/03/2020 22:18

Yes my DH thinks I'm too paranoid but we are in London so risk is even higher. Think we will be cancelling.

DS is still at nursery though, wonder whether I should take him out soon

If you can take him out I would.

Don't do anything 'non essential'. We need to go into survival mode!

littletandme · 16/03/2020 22:36

We have just been emailed by Water Babies to say lessons are cancelled for the foreseeable which I think is sensible, at the end of the day it isn't worth the risk.

babychange12 · 17/03/2020 15:33

Just been emailed as well by his football class that it's been cancelled so I feel so relieved, it's not worth it

I will be emailing our swimming class next to ask

All toddler groups in our area been advised to cancel

babychange12 · 18/03/2020 11:16

Our swimming provider has said it's still business as usual. :( not sure if I'm happy with that.

We won't be doing them at all, will be gutted if anything has to close though.
