My first Covid-19 question

Hi, I haven’t really worried about the virus until today particularly, but I’ve seen on the news that Johnson said about people with pre-existing medical conditions staying at home up up to 12 weeks.
I have quite bad epilepsy, it especially flares when I have a fever, or any kind of illness. In Jan this year I got septic tonsillitis and had two seizures back to back.
I am also pregnant with my first baby which unnerves me with the virus and my epilepsy , as thank goodness our baby is doing great and is thriving so I’d like to keep it this way!
I work for the NHS, so i am not sure about working from home due to confidentiality so I’ll speak to my manager tomorrow but I don’t know how to feel. Do I qualify for ‘staying at home’ under the new guidelines ?
Like I say if I get Ill , it’s usually very bad and really sets me back and with being pregnant I want to avoid this. I have been seizure free now since Jan, before the tonsillitis I hadn’t had a seizure since August.
I’m not sure about my sick leave, as I had 6 months off last May due to bad epilepsy flare up after getting the flu on our honeymoon and I was so poorly with the seizures even when the flu finished . So I think I’m still on the half pay until it renews but not sure when that will be, so that’s a worry because we want to stay financially stable.

Any advise on what you would do or what you recommend ? The virus is in our town and in our hospital so I could easily come in contact.

TIA

it's social distancing not isolation and I'm not sure epilepsy is one of the concerns - yet

whole thread about this over on the coronavirus forum
