I went to post on thread II and found it was full! I just wanted to share this:

This Dr is very good at putting things into perspective. I've seen a few of his videos now and he explains it's the strain on the NHS that we need to avoid rather than the virus itself. So if we all do our bit we can make sure anyone who gets severely ill has a much higher chance of getting the treatment they need.

Imagine BOJOs legacy if he actually gets this right. As much as I question his decisions, we must remember people in position like him want to be remembered as heroes and praised by their country.

Im really anxious today. I have anxiety anyway and take an ssri. I've upped my dose on the recommendation of my doctor. Really need the positive mental health right now.
