Yes I would do so, provided I didnt have any underlying health risks. Our library is very quiet - definitely less risky than going to the supermarket
Use hand sanitizer after using the self service machine.

I’d still go at the moment. Although I don’t think it’ll be long before they have to go close due to staff shortages

Well you could define libraries as essential for your mental health in some cases so if you aren’t ill/been in contact with an indected person you could pick up a stack of books to keep you going. Better now than later. Here in Germany the libraries are now closed.
