Underlying health condition

Struggling to find a list of what exactly is meant by the term underlying health conditions? DH had triple heart bypass in 2018, is on shedloads of medication now but is ‘ok’. Does this advice apply to him??

They said anybody that qualifies for a flu jab is considered to have an underlying condition

I’ve been searching for a definitive list as my ds1 has asthma. Does anyone know if asthma is on the list of people to self isolate?

All children have a flu vaccination tho so does this mean them too?
