As the title says, I can’t avoid work unfortunately , I’m very worried about our vulnerable people and my own family 😩

Yes I'm a care worker and am now on a 7? 14? Day isolation due to DS displaying symptoms of CV
I can't stay off work forever though
We have no staff as it is
My work this morning told me to isolate for 7 days
Very worrying time for our vulnerable clients Sad

HCA here.
Seriously worried, panic attacks even thinking about work.
It's awful :(

All I can say is my utter sympathy and wishes for you all. As a very last chance do you have a union? can you email your MP and local newspaper tonight? or Mumsnet HQ?

This was a tribute to carers.

Yep. Pregnant nurse here. It’ll be a nightmare if I can’t go to work for 12 as we only have 3 nurses.

Thinking of you all ❤️ I nearly cried on my shift tonight, lady with Down syndrome asking what’s happening 😩
