I doubt that travel will be unrestricted next month so I wouldn't worry too much. Odds on, she's not going.

No most definitely not.

She would be safer there probably as that is when the outbreak will hit it’s peak here. Just make sure she has somewhere to self-isolate for at least the first 14 days.

I would be surprised if she could at that point.

I very much doubt that either country will be allowing visitors in without a period of quarantine at the very least. Otherwise she’s probably as safe in South Korea as anywhere - they’ve got very good disease control measures in place and people are extremely aware of the risks. They are taking it very seriously indeed. They’ve been critical of Japan who’ve been less quick off the mark.

I agree with others that travelling is unlikely to be an option by then.
