Practical ways to help others during the crisis?

If you're lucky enough to have time or other resources to spare, what are some ways that you could help other people? And how would you find those in need in your community?

Our local Neighbourhood Watch has a WhatsApp group already set up and we've been keeping in touch with plans to support anyone in the area who may have to self-isolate; also the more elderly people in the streets around us who may not want to go out shopping.

In general we're just going to help one another out if needed.
