Are countries on ‘Lockdown’ getting paid leave from work?

Does anyone know if the countries on lockdown are getting paid leave/unpaid. I’m curious how they will support themselves financially whilst this goes on.

If laid off due to Covid 19 in Ireland an emergency payment of €203 pw is being paid for 6 weeks - employees can claim individually but Government are asking employers to pay staff this amount if they are able to & claim it back so as to reduce the amount of claims
