I keep seeing posts from people who want to close schools (& I do understand the reasons why you might) & go into "lockdown" mode. However some of these people want to then travel to their 2nd home often by the sea or will be going jogging instead of the gym.
So many people are saying they/their partners can wfh indefinitely but what are all these sectors that will be trading as usual when most of the population will also be confined?
AIBU to think if we are on "lockdown" that doesn't mean that we just spend more times in our homes but life continues as normal?

YANBU most of the people clamouring for "action" haven't thought it through.

@WeakAndWeary I've read that, from the gov I think. That's one of the reasons I started this thread as so many people have said they will go for long walks but in the meantime apparently the gov is rushing through legislation re fines or jail if people refuse to self isolate.
