Please check your terms and conditions really carefully if you are having your holiday cancelled by your tour operator. Some are really trying it on just offering rebookings and moving holidays. In our case, the terms and conditions are very clear that if they cancel you are entitled to a refund. They locked us out of the portal with the terms and conditions on it. Luckily we have downloaded them. I know businesses need to do everything to survive in this climate, but please everyone, be careful and read your terms and conditions carefully - insurance terms too.
