Can anyone explain to me what is happening with testing in the UK? or the government's stance? Can't find much info. on it. I believed that testing and tracing was a pre-requisite for preventing or at least mapping the spread in terms of 'the curve'. How do we know when to bring in other measures if we don't know whose got it?
