Ok, so this isn't the biggest problem right now, but clearly I wasn't washing my hands as I should have been. Having changed how I do it, my hands are now so dry, red raw and painful (like burning) - but not all over just on my knuckles!!!

I've been using epiderm after every wash, but it's not getting any better. Anyone else have the same? Any suggestions for alternative after wash care???

Do you use bar soap or liquid handwashing? We switched to bar soap last year and I find it less drying. I like the Little Soap company ones-buy one get one half price in Boots if they haven't sold out.

Thanks - I’ve been using anti bac liquid, but got some method foam stuff the other day. I’ll have a look in boots during the week for those.
