Dry cough

I have a dry cough, no temp but feel a bit tight in my chest. In an area with very little Covid 19. I am already social distancing; not mixing with anyone outside my immediate family who I live with. Do I need to self isolate within the home e.g keep away from husband and kids? I have a 5 month old baby although not breast feeding. Any advice gratefully received

Yes you need to self isolate.
