MN can we change the text at the top of threads to say 'If you have a new cough or a temperature self isolate' and then link to the Public Health information?

It feels like every other thread is along the lines of 'I have a cough. Shall I go to work?' Or 'DC has a temperature. Should they go to school?' Somehow the message isn't getting through to people.
