Coronavirus, self employed

Self employed, if no work then no money.
No maternity leave for self employed.
16 weeks pregnant, afraid of catching virus due to lower immune system when pregnant from my clients.
Frequency of visiting hospital for appointments as baby as high risk of Downs, Patau and Edwards.
I don't know whether to decide to stop working or not?
