Washing hands and hygiene

Boyfriend's 18 year old son, mechanic, NEVER washes his hands after using the toilet (or wipes himself). He hardly ever washes his dirty, oily hands after coming in for meals, his excuse is that he's 'going back out again'. Everything gets touched, blobs of oil are even inside the fridge, he drinks out of the milk bottle etc etc. I am forever going around afterwards wiping everything that he's touched, bathroom especially and kitchen cupboard/drawer handles, cutlery drawer, fridge, mugs, even the outsides of opened biscuit packets etc etc and it's wearing me out. This happened even before Coronavirus reared its head, so what am I supposed to do now????? I am so angry, because boyfriend has no control over him and boyfriend and I have both had dry coughs and shortage of breath about a month ago. GP gave us anti-biotics. He is in his late 50's and I am 61, no spring chickens who can shrug off this virus, should we get it. I am tearing my hair out keep wiping surfaces including stair bannisters several times a day. The boy just doesn't care a jot about this and continues to act in this irresponsible way. Anyone got any ideas of what we can do with this arrogant person? I am not here to be a servant or housemaid.
