I don't understand

Can someone please explain?... I think I've read that Coronavirus causes fever, a cough, exhaustion, muscle pain, breathlessness but not usually sneezing/ runny noses.

I've also read that it's mainly transmitted when people sneeze.

Which is right?

As far as I know it’s transmitted through moisture droplets so that could be saliva or mucous. Sneezing doesn’t have to be a symptom of the virus to be a method of transmission.
