Continuous cough?

I know I know, the advice is clear and I should know the answer!
But what constitutes a continuous cough under the new guidelines?
I've been coughing more than normal today, but not that much and I wouldn't say "I have a cough" plus I think if I'd been at work and you'd asked the person sitting next to me whether I had a cough today I think they'd say no as it's probably not bad enough or frequent enough for anyone else to notice. I doubt I'd have really noticed if not for coronavirus. But it is definitely there.
So, I don't want to overreact but equally don't want to be the dick that ignores the advice! I just want to do the right thing.

I have no fever and just a slightly blocked nose.
