People potentially affected by total shutdown

I know we’ve thought about at risk people who would be affected by a total shut down / forced isolation such as elderly and poorer families. I’ve also been wondering about other groups, e.g. people who attend AA or NA meetings (I’ve stopped drinking almost 2 years ago and don’t attend meetings, but this is a stressful time and I have been musing on the medicinal power of hot toddies!)

Also I keep thinking about sex workers who will still be forced to work by pimps or work for money just to feed their family, or to get drugs. Punters might reduce in number but won’t disappear so infection will continue to spread that way.

Also children in chaotic and abusive homes who will be home all day with no respite via school. Women and men who are abused with a partner at home all day who still wants alcohol or drugs and might not be able to access them as easily creating even more tension.

I really hope I’m overthinking, but I’m not sure that I am?
