I know you will obviously be trying to do this but really try not to worry. Just trying to deep breathe, and limit how often you check your phone may help? I have been trying to only look at my phone (unless it rings) every three hours and even then for fifteen minutes only. In some ways Corona is out of our control but our reaction to it is- and being as calm as you can will help your baby- that is something we do know. Sending you much sympathy xxx
