Small company of gas engineers, we will have to carry on doing emergency work as boilers will still need repairing but I'd like to write a strict plan for staff to adhere to.

Is there a government guide for this?

Obviously tools and staff will move from home to home, but what is the best policy? We have antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer but I would like a concise statement for staff and customers.

I was sent this by someone who works for a company that are asking all employees to ensure tenant / customers complete a questionnaire before they enter the property (whilst observing data protection rules)

Have you or anyone you’ve been in contact with have symptoms of Coronavirus (i.e. Cold or Flu-Like symptoms)

Have you sought any medical advice regarding your symptoms (only ask if there have been any symptoms)

Have you been advised to self-isolate (if yes, ask when 14-day period is over)

Have you or anyone you have been in contact with someone who has travelled or travelled yourself to one of the Countries most affected by the outbreak (i.e. China, Iran, Italy)

Would you consider yourself in the group of people described as being vulnerable if Coronavirus is contracted (i.e. do you have any underlying health conditions such as Asthma, Heart issues or diabetes)
