When lockdown happens - medication?

I am as worried about this as I am about the coronavirus.
I have enough medication to last me two months. Then I’m dead anyway.
What will happen? Will I just be collateral damage?

In China one person per household allowed to go out every 3 days for food and medication so has not been total lock down.
