I’m just drafting a new policy and guidance for work to cover options for individuals who might need to juggle working and childcare/caring responsibilities if schools and nurseries etc shut due to Coronavirus.
What options would you want your employer to offer?
We have a pretty flexible approach anyway - just want to make sure we are being as accommodating as possible whilst still keeping the business running and viable
We’re set up so everyone can work from home already. Our standard policy says you shouldn’t being caring for children at the same time but we’ll flex that.
