Do I have to self isolate for this?

A few days ago I started sneezing a few times here and there.
Today my chest is sore and the top of my back sore.
Head feels a bit heavy but I have no temperature or sore throat.
My eyes are really itchy (which makes me think allergies )
What would you do ?

No temperature or new cough? Then no.

Nearly 90% of those with covid have a fever; 70% a cough; 40% fatigue; 33% sputum production. If you don't have any of those symptoms, it's very unlikely to be covid.

I was last night thinking the same thing should.i self isolate as all I have is a tendency to clear my throat and does feel like theres mucus there and have been waking up with a mucus like cough for a while now but I feel fine no dry cough no high temperature no headaches etc I think if anything I've got a touch of cattarh as I always do every year

I don't know if I'm allergic maybe to something
