I have a stocks and shares ISA with Moneybox and have lost £360 of around £3700 in the last few days. I originally decided to keep it in there and hope that the market will go back up over time but am now worried about the forecasts and can not afford to lose the majority of my savings.

I've been researching but there is no real predictions and now I'm panicking! Is anyone else in the same position and what are you planning to do about it??

Yeah. Tbh I am no expert (and that's putting it mildly!) but DP used to work in finance and his view is that our investments are long term so we should just leave them and hopefully they'll recover when the rest of the world recovers. I'm taking his word for it as I don't need anything else to stress about right now!

I'd honestly just sit tight. Things will come right again

Frankly everyone with investments is in the same boat. I'm just not looking. It's a long term investment and will sort itself out in time.

Hopefully everyone will stop panicking and the market will bounce.

Don't sell at the bottom of the market.
