UK weekend away (tomorrow)?

I'm due to see friends in a UK city tomorrow.

I'll drive, no public transport, approx 3 hrs from my home.

Sharing a house with five friends (shared rooms) for a long weekend (Fri-Sun).

Plan is eating and drinking out, and generally hanging out.

Would you go? Thanks!

Yes

AnyFucker · 12/03/2020 23:06

Of course

PickAChew · 12/03/2020 23:08

Yes. So long as you're healthy.

Sycamoretrees · 12/03/2020 23:08

As long as you don't have a high temp, or a cough then yes, go. Just make sure you wash your hands lots!

squee123 · 12/03/2020 23:10

you're more likely to catch something in your local supermarket

LouisaJenny · 12/03/2020 23:11

I would yes .

kabalarian · 12/03/2020 23:23

I wouldn't.
I also wouldn't be eating out either!

Lucienandjean · 12/03/2020 23:27

Yes! Go and enjoy it now while you have the chance (so long as you are healthy).

It's likely that in future weeks and months we won't be allowed to travel and socialise so freely, and that will be hard, and probably lonely. Don't start down that road till we have to.

NetflixandWill · 12/03/2020 23:33

Thank you for all the responses, both yes and no!
