So we all know that Covid 19 infections are going to rise, I'm worried so many peeps don't feel that by acting now we can slow the rate of infection.
Tomorrow my kids will not be returning to school - obviously as they will have a fever. Here's why we should all elect to social distancing:
- Slowing the rate of infection now will give the NHS a chance to save the lives of people we love, who it seems the government care little about.
- People on sick leave = economic loss.
- Parents having kids at home whilst very ill themselves for 2 weeks is going to be harder than a period of home-schooling and watching films.
- Whilst well enough, families can 'buddy up' and care for each other's children and still slow the overall rate of infection.
- Postpone gatherings and parties, then look forward to them.
