Should I self isolate or am I overreacting?

NHS 111 has been a bit useless.
GP surgery basically said it's my choice but probably yes. They aren't sure yet as they haven't had enough guidelines.

My white blood count is 3.6.
I have autoimmune disease.
I have two children at two different schools.
I have a dry cough but that could be due to my medication: causes dry mouth and post nasal drip.

I think I should but I don't want to be a drama queen or spend the next four months in my room.

Any advice from wise mumsnetters?

Do you also have a fever?

TBH, given your situation/circumstances, yes I would.

I don't think I have a fever... I feel like I'm fighting something off but that could just be my autoimmune stuff. It's very confusing, especially with the announcement from BJ
