how long is this going to last?

I know. How long's a piece of string. But mental health wise I am struggling. Will the worst be over in two months? three months? Six months? a year?

No one knows or can accurately predict. I’m trying to say this gently - if your Mental Health is delicate then this kind of Internet forum is maybe not the best place to be at the moment. People have strong opinions and there is a lot of misinformation on here. Please take care of yourself.
