Has anyone got first hand experience of the virus or knows someone who has?

I just find it really difficult to understand the symptoms. Some articles say no runny nose with the coronavirus, some say you do. Some, a sore throat, some not. I cant see how we can know if we have or not..

I'd like to know as well, OP. So following this thread.

I've been sick lately. Fever, sore throat, runny nose, exhausted, no cough.
I'd be absolutely horrified if that turned out to be CV, I did a symptom checker and returned to work after a few days off, working with hundreds of people.
