To not understand the gov advice

By understand I mean I can’t find it. What if you have cold symptoms but have not been in contact with someone who has been infected or been to a country of concern. What are you suppose to do?

Assume you have a cold, and carry on as usual.....
There will come a point where symptoms are assumed to be corona until shown otherwise, but the UK isnt there yet.
