Wtf will the schools do? Will they fine me or de-register my child?
I’d really like to keep them home. If anyone here has already stopped sending kids to school, please could you let me know what your school said?

There your kids do what you feel is right as a parent i am going to keep mine off from tomorrow as i just feel cases are going to rise dramatically they might have to close before easter my 4 year old is ill already and older son had severe asthma so im not risking it i they threaten with a fine or court i will be reregistering them to home educate

Our school have sent a notice out saying they'll only authorise self isolating absence if it's under advice of a health professional. Not sure how they're going to prove that though. They've also said that if you're self isolating, they expect your child to be off the full two weeks.

I read this as the school have had some piss takers already.

Both DH and I work full time, so our DC are going to school until it closes or we get sick.
