So our uni has an open day tomorrow and as staff I'm expected to attend and meet lots of new people. Meanwhile other parts of our uni are emailing students saying that they will only deal with them via Skype, so they can protect themselves. I'm just a bit narked really that there seem to be different rules for different people. Oh, and yes the uni has had a student test positive for Covid 19. (And I have an elderly mother with a chronic lung condition who I now cannot visit for her own safety.) I really don't want to go tomorrow and definitely won't be shaking hands!
