I'm a nurse with 20yrs experience, 10 of which was working in a setting dealing with specifically with flu viruses. I've trained staff in safe PPE use, collected viral swabs/bloods, managed large teams, nursed infectious patients etc. They are talking about bringing retired medical staff back, but what about those already trained, current NMC, current DBS etc? I'm currently with an agency who say they have no work!
